THE WORKING AGREEMENT / Last updated 22 October 2026

Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to Pixify website design and hosting services supplied to business customers. They set out what the package includes, what each side is responsible for, and how payment, hosting, domain renewal and project delivery work.

1. Who we are and who these terms cover

“Pixify”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lead Reach Limited, which uses Pixify as a trade name. “You” means the company, partnership or individual business that orders our services. These terms apply only where you acquire the services wholly or mainly for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes and have authority to bind the business named in the project confirmation.

Legal entity: Lead Reach Limited, trading as Pixify.
Registered office: Cumberland House, 80 Scrubs Lane, London, England, United Kingdom, NW10 6RF.
Contact us at legal@pixify.co.uk. If you are an individual seeking services mainly for personal purposes, contact us before ordering; these business terms are not offered for consumer purchases. Nothing in these terms overrides a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. How a project agreement is formed

Your enquiry is not an order and does not commit either party. We will confirm the scope, any optional extras, the information and approvals needed, the payment schedule and the proposed delivery date in writing. A project agreement is formed when you accept that confirmation and pay the £199 deposit, or when we expressly confirm in writing that work has begun.

These terms and the project confirmation make up the agreement. The project confirmation takes precedence only where it expressly changes a term here. Any later change to scope, price or timing must be agreed in writing.

3. The £499 Pixify package

The one-off package costs £499 and includes a bespoke business website of up to 10 pages; website copywriting; photography for the agreed site; a bespoke logo design; foundational on-page SEO setup; setup assistance for one Google Business Profile; one available domain registration for the first year; and the first six months of website hosting at no charge. The project confirmation will record the agreed page list and any specific features.

E-commerce is an optional add-on costing £250 for a website catalogue of up to 10 products. Further products, integrations or functionality are quoted separately. We will explain any extra charge and obtain your written approval before beginning chargeable work or placing an order that commits you to a third-party cost. Domain renewal after the first year and hosting after the six free months are separate charges described below.

4. The 24-hour delivery commitment

We aim to deliver the agreed website within 24 hours after the £199 deposit has cleared and we have received the business details, brief, access and decisions needed to start. Copywriting and photography within the agreed scope are included, so you do not need to prepare finished website copy or arrange a separate photography service.

The 24-hour period may be extended where you delay a decision or approval, change the agreed scope, provide incomplete or inaccurate information, or a registrar, hosting platform or other third party delays a step outside our control. We will tell you about a material delay and provide an updated estimate. The delivery commitment concerns completion of the agreed work; publication can also depend on your approval and third-party checks.

5. What we need from you

You must provide accurate business information, timely answers, access and approvals needed for the project. Before launch, you must review and approve the business name, contact details, prices, services, claims and other factual material shown on the website. We may rely on information and approvals you provide.

You must not ask us to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material. You are responsible for securing permission to use any material you supply and for the accuracy of your business claims. Do not send passwords through the enquiry form or an ordinary email; use an agreed secure method for account access.

6. Design review, corrections and changes

We will share the completed website for your review before launch. You must check it against the agreed brief and promptly identify any material errors, broken links or corrections needed. Corrections required because the delivered work materially departs from the agreed scope are included in completing that work.

New features, additional pages, changes to approved copy or design, changed direction, or requests made after approval are outside the package unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will explain any extra fee and timing before proceeding, and no extra work will be charged without your agreement.

7. Payment

For the £499 package, £199 is payable as a deposit before work starts and the remaining £300 is payable when the agreed website is complete and ready for your approval and launch. Any approved add-on is payable on the terms stated in its written quote. We will issue an invoice stating the amount, payment method and due date.

If an undisputed invoice is overdue, we may pause work, withhold launch or suspend hosting after giving written notice. You remain responsible for charges that have become due before suspension. We may charge interest or statutory compensation only where the law allows it.

8. Hosting: six months free, then £10 per month

Hosting is included at no charge for the first six months from the website’s launch. After that, the charge is £10 per month, invoiced monthly. Hosting covers the agreed hosting service that keeps the website available; it does not include domain renewal, mailbox services, third-party subscriptions or additional website work.

You may stop hosting by emailing legal@pixify.co.uk before the next monthly hosting period begins. We will not collect an automatic recurring payment unless you separately authorise it. If hosting ends, we may take the website offline at the end of the period you have paid for. If you want to move the site to another provider, we will provide reasonable handover cooperation; any additional work or third-party fee will be agreed with you in advance.

If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date and written notice, we may suspend hosting until payment is made or end the hosting service. We are not responsible for loss of access caused by an unpaid invoice after the notice period, but this does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Domain registration and renewal

The package includes registration of one available domain selected with you for its first year. Domain names are allocated by independent registrars and registries, so availability, eligibility and registration rules cannot be guaranteed until the registrar accepts the request.

After the first year, you are responsible for renewing the domain. Pixify will invoice you before renewal at the registrar’s then-current renewal rate and identify the due date. You must pay the renewal invoice in time for the registrar to renew the domain. If it is not renewed, the domain may expire, become unavailable or be released by the registrar; we cannot guarantee that it can be recovered.

Where possible, the domain will be registered in your name or an account you control. You must keep registration details current and respond to registrar verification notices. If a domain is held through a Pixify account for a practical reason, we will reasonably cooperate with transfer to your account after you have paid all amounts due, subject to registrar rules.

10. SEO and Google Business Profile setup

The package includes foundational on-page SEO setup for the agreed website, such as page titles, descriptions, headings and other relevant settings. Search engines determine how and where they display websites, so Pixify does not guarantee a particular search position, traffic level or number of enquiries.

We will assist with setting up or updating one Google Business Profile using information you provide. Google controls its own eligibility rules, verification, publication, display and account access. We cannot guarantee approval, verification time, visibility, reviews or ranking. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and keeping the profile information current.

11. Third-party services

The website may use independent hosting, domain, DNS, Google, font, software or other platform providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, availability, security practices and charges. We are not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, outages, decisions or changes outside our reasonable control, but this does not exclude liability for our own breach of the agreement or anything the law does not allow us to exclude.

We will obtain your approval before ordering a paid third-party service on your behalf. You are responsible for charges, renewals and compliance with the provider’s terms for services you choose to use. Where a provider change affects the project, we may offer a reasonable alternative and agree any resulting price or timing change with you.

12. Ownership, licences and handover

You keep ownership of the material you supply and give Pixify permission to use it only as needed to complete the project, launch and host your site, and provide agreed support. You confirm that you own or have permission to use that material.

Once you have paid the £499 package price and all agreed add-ons, Pixify assigns to you the intellectual property rights it owns in the bespoke website design, original logo design, copywriting and other original project-specific material created for your site. This assignment does not include Pixify’s pre-existing tools, reusable components, templates, methods or know-how, or third-party material such as fonts, software, stock photography and plug-ins. Those remain subject to their own licences and terms, which may involve separate charges or limits on use.

We will provide the website access and account information included in the package. You must keep your own secure copies of important business materials. At your request, we will reasonably cooperate with a handover; any work beyond the included handover will be quoted and agreed before it is carried out.

13. Website content, privacy and legal compliance

You are responsible for the products and services offered through your website, the accuracy and legality of your published claims, and the terms, privacy information, cookie information and regulatory notices that apply to your business. Pixify is not a law firm and the package does not include legal advice or a guarantee that website wording meets every requirement for your business or industry.

You decide what personal information your website collects and how you use it. If Pixify handles personal information on your instructions, you must provide lawful instructions and the parties will put any required data-processing terms in place before that processing begins.

15. Cancellation, suspension and ending the service

If you cancel a project after work has started, you must pay for work completed up to cancellation and any third-party costs that Pixify cannot reasonably cancel. The £199 deposit is credited against those amounts. If the amounts due are less than the payments received, we will refund the balance; if they are greater, you must pay the difference up to the agreed project price and approved extras.

We may suspend work or hosting if you fail to provide essential information or approval, breach these terms, misuse the service, or leave an undisputed invoice unpaid after written notice. We may end the agreement if a serious breach is not remedied within a reasonable period after notice, or if continued performance becomes unlawful or impossible. On termination, you must pay amounts already due. We may withhold handover until those amounts are paid, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

16. Service standard, availability and support

We will carry out the agreed design and setup work using reasonable care and skill and in line with the written scope. The package does not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, a particular loading speed, a search position, sales, visitor numbers or enquiries. Hosting and third-party platform availability depend on providers and the wider internet.

After launch, we will correct errors that materially depart from the approved brief when you report them promptly. Work requested after delivery, including content changes, maintenance or additional support, is outside the package unless agreed in writing and may be separately charged. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important business content.

17. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixify excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, opportunity or data. Pixify is not liable to the extent a loss results from inaccurate information or instructions you provide, your breach of these terms, changes made by you or another provider after handover, or a third-party service or event outside Pixify’s reasonable control.

Subject to the exceptions below, Pixify’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a project, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to £99. This is the total cap for all claims connected with that project, not a separate cap for each claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any exclusion or cap applies only to the extent it is legally effective.

18. Confidentiality and portfolio work

Each party must take reasonable care to protect the other party’s non-public business information and use it only for the project, except where disclosure is needed to deliver the service, made to professional advisers under a duty of confidence, or required by law.

Pixify will not publish your name, logo, screenshots or project results as a case study without your permission. This does not prevent Pixify from referring privately to the fact that it has provided services to you where reasonably needed for business administration or a dispute.

19. Complaints and resolving a disagreement

If something is not right, contact us with your project name, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the project record and respond with next steps. For complaints, contact legal@pixify.co.uk.

The parties will first try to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent court relief or starting proceedings where needed.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future projects. The version shown when you accept the project confirmation applies to that project unless you agree to a change in writing. A change to an existing contract will not take effect merely because we update this webpage.

21. Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them or the services are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
