YOUR INFORMATION / Last updated 22 October 2026

Privacy policy.

We build websites for small businesses. This policy explains how Pixify handles personal information when you visit our site, send us an enquiry, work with us, or use a website we host.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

“Pixify”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lead Reach Limited. Pixify is a trade name of Lead Reach Limited. Lead Reach Limited decides why and how personal information is used for its own business, including enquiries, customer relationships and accounts, and is the data controller for that information.

Legal entity: Lead Reach Limited, trading as Pixify.
Registered office: Cumberland House, 80 Scrubs Lane, London, England, United Kingdom, NW10 6RF.
For privacy questions or requests, email legal@pixify.co.uk, or use our Contact page.

2. When this policy applies

This policy covers visitors to pixify.co.uk, people who enquire about our services, business customers and their authorised contacts, and personal information handled while we design, launch, host or support a customer website.

A customer’s own website may have a separate privacy notice and data controller. If we host or access personal information on that website only on the customer’s instructions, the customer will generally decide why it is used and we may act as the customer’s processor. The parties’ roles depend on the service actually provided. Where required, we will agree data-processing terms that set out the customer’s instructions and each party’s responsibilities.

3. Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, project details and the fact that you acknowledged this notice. We use these details to understand and respond to your request. The form sends the information to our website service and email delivery provider so that the enquiry can be delivered to office@pixify.co.uk.

During a project, we may handle business contact details, instructions and correspondence, website text and images, domain and hosting account details, access information you choose to provide, invoices and payment records, and support requests. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form or ordinary email. We will agree a secure method if account access is required.

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps and security or error logs. The website also requests font files from Google Fonts; your browser may send Google technical connection information to retrieve them.

4. Why we use information and our lawful bases

We use personal information for the purposes below. The lawful basis depends on your relationship with us and the information involved:

  • Responding to an enquiry and preparing a proposal: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business enquiries.
  • Designing, building, launching, hosting and supporting your website: performing our contract with you. If we handle information about your website visitors on your instructions, we use it only as permitted by the agreed processing terms.
  • Invoicing, receiving payment and maintaining business records: performing our contract and complying with legal obligations that apply to our records.
  • Protecting, troubleshooting and improving the website and service: our legitimate interests in keeping systems secure and reliable, preventing misuse, resolving faults and keeping appropriate project records.

Our legitimate interests are to operate Pixify, respond to genuine business requests, protect our services and deal with disputes. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object. We will assess your request and stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue or need the information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use enquiry details to send marketing messages.

5. Information you need to provide

The enquiry form requires your name, email address, phone number, business name, project details and acknowledgement of this notice. We need these details to identify the business, understand the request and respond. You can choose not to submit the form, but without the required details we may not be able to assess or answer your enquiry.

We do not make decisions about you solely by automated processing or profiling.

6. How we use client website content

We use project instructions, business details, images and other material to design and configure your website, domain, SEO settings and Google Business Profile setup. We may ask you to confirm that you own or have permission to use supplied material and that published business details are accurate.

We do not use customer website content for unrelated advertising. The customer remains responsible for deciding what personal information its website collects, publishing suitable privacy information, configuring any required cookie controls, and responding to requests from people who use that website.

7. Who we share information with

We share information only where reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide the service, run our business or comply with law. For the contact form, the information is processed by Vercel, which hosts the website and runs the form endpoint, and Mailgun, which delivers the enquiry email to office@pixify.co.uk. Our email provider stores the delivered message in that mailbox.

We may also share relevant information with domain registrars, website hosting and security providers, Google when setting up or supporting a Google Business Profile, banks or payment providers, accounting services, insurers and professional advisers, and public authorities where required by law. We require service providers who process data for us to protect it and use it only for their service, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or allow service providers to use enquiry details for their own marketing.

8. International processing

Mailgun is configured to use its EU service region for enquiry delivery. Vercel, Google Fonts and other technology providers may process information in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States or other locations where they or their service partners operate. The location can depend on the provider’s service, configuration and support operations.

Where personal information is transferred from the United Kingdom to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, we rely on an appropriate transfer safeguard, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures required by law. You can ask us for more information about the safeguards relevant to a transfer. The ICO provides guidance on international transfers.

9. How long we keep information

We keep identifiable information for no longer than needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and accounting duties, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We review the information we hold and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably needed. We do not keep personal information indefinitely without a business or legal reason.

  • Enquiries: kept long enough to respond, manage relevant follow-up and decide whether to proceed. If no project follows, we delete or anonymise the details when they are no longer needed for those purposes or a legal claim.
  • Customer and project records: kept while the project, hosting or support relationship is active and for a proportionate period afterwards to administer the service and address contractual issues.
  • Invoices and payment records: kept for the period required by applicable company, accounting and tax rules.
  • Security and technical logs: kept according to the retention settings of the hosting and email providers, for security, troubleshooting and service operation.
  • Backups: retained under the relevant provider’s backup rotation and deleted as those backups expire, unless a restoration or legal hold requires otherwise.

The exact period depends on the record type, the continuing relationship, legal obligations and whether a dispute or claim is reasonably anticipated. You may ask us about the retention period for your information.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. These include limiting access to business systems, using service providers with security controls, protecting account credentials and using secure methods for account access where available. We take reasonable steps to keep our website software and service configuration maintained.

No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we become aware of a personal data breach involving information for which we are responsible, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain it and notify affected individuals or the regulator where the law requires. A customer’s own security duties and our responsibilities when acting as its processor are set out in the relevant service and processing terms.

11. Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis, you may ask us to:

  • provide a copy of personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information, where the law allows;
  • restrict or pause certain processing;
  • provide information you supplied in a portable format, where that right applies; or
  • stop processing based on our legitimate interests by objecting.

To make a request, contact legal@pixify.co.uk and tell us enough to identify you and understand the request. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by law and explain if an exemption applies. These rights are not absolute in every situation.

12. Complaints

Please contact us first if you have a concern, so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). The ICO can be contacted at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by phone on 0303 123 1113. More information about individual rights is available in the ICO’s individual rights guidance.

13. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, and its scripts do not use browser local storage to track visitors. If we introduce analytics, embedded media, chat, advertising pixels or other storage technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law before using them.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects directly to Google to retrieve font files and may disclose technical connection information, including your IP address and browser details. Google handles that request under its own privacy information. We do not currently use an analytics service or advertising tracker on this website.

14. Links and third-party services

Our website may link to Google, a domain registrar, social media or other third-party services. A link does not mean Pixify controls that service. If you follow one, review the third party’s own privacy and cookie information before sharing personal data.

15. Children

Pixify’s business website design service is aimed at businesses and adults acting for them. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, systems or legal obligations change. We will change the “last updated” date and, where a change materially affects how we use information already collected, take any further steps required by law.
