Do you offer a discount to non-profit groups?
We offer discounts for non-profit organisations & education institutions. Please contact us at email@example.com, tell us the nature of your business and we'll get back to shortly with a discounted quote.
Can I pay through monthly instalments?
We're happy to accommodate customers looking for monthly instalment billing. We have a standard fixed interest rate of 17.95% APR per project. A deposit will be required before initial production can commence.
Do I need bank account details to create an account?
Not at all. The way we get things done here at Pixify, we assess what is it you're looking for, understand your objectives before then working with you and finalising a structure which suits you.
What does my account manager do?
Your account manager is the key person you go to regarding any questions, concerns or advice. Your account manager is on hand always to ensure you have a seamless process, and to ensure that your well looked after.
Are there any cancellation fees with pixify?
No cancellation fees whatsoever. You may even be eligible for a complete, or partial, refund depending on how far in your project our team have gone. All we would request is for you to kindly inform us on why it is you'd cancel.
do you deal with international clients?
Although Pixify is based in London, we have a remote team covering Canada, New York, Delaware, Plymouth and Spain. We deal with international clients all the time, so there is no limit to who we can deal with.
